Weekly Meal Prep
Our Weekly Meal Prep is designed to take the stress out of your week without sacrificing flavor. Each menu features protein-forward, comfort-inspired meals like taco bowls, egg roll bowls, creamy Tuscan chicken, bulgogi beef, stuffed peppers, and more — all prepared fresh, portioned with intention, and seasoned like we mean it.
Meals are crafted to reheat beautifully, making them perfect for busy workweeks, fitness-focused routines, or anyone who wants real food without daily cooking. No bland bites. No sad lunches. Just fuel that actually hits.
How Weekly Meal Prep Works
Ordering Window
- Orders open Monday morning at 5:00 AM
- Orders close Wednesday at 8:00 PM (sharp)
- All orders placed during this window are prepared for the upcoming week
Pickup & Delivery
- Meals are ready for pickup or delivery on Sunday
- Designed to be enjoyed throughout the following week
Payment Policy
- All weekly meal prep orders must be submitted and paid in full by 8:00 PM Wednesday night
- Unpaid orders will not be prepared
First-Time Orders – Containers Required
If this is your first weekly meal prep order, you must add meal prep containers to your cart.
- Choose between glass or plastic containers (pricing varies)
- Container pricing reflects a 2-week supply
- Containers are only required on your first order

Weekly Menu Rotation
- Menu items are updated every Sunday evening
- The new menu becomes available to order Monday at 5:00 AM
Each week’s menu is limited and subject to availability — once items sell out, they’re gone.
